Can I get a refund?Yes! You are able to recieve an refund up to 7 days after purchase. We ask that you email us at info@PyeGear.com and inform us of the discrepancy. Any purchases after the 7 day will not warrant a refund.

I want to submit my reason for MY PYE. What do I do?Absolutly! We welcome personal stories and testimonials to share your reason for Protecting Your Enegry (PYE)! Email us at info@mypyegear.com Add in Subject line put " My PYE " A PyeGear represenative will contact within 24-48 hours to submit your story or video. We ask that you limit your testimony under 100 words and all video submissions are 60 secs long. We apologize but any submissions outside our requirements may not be approved and published on our site. You will recieve an email stating that your submission was approved or disapproved and reasons for disapproval. That's it!

Does PYEGear support special orders and Bulk orders?It depends on what you are requesting. If you would like one of our logos on a hat, mug, baby apparal or other printing material. Just email us and we will do our best to accomadate you. If you would like a bulk order of 25 items or more, please contact us a month in advance and we can possibly disscuss a discount for your order. We appreciate your business and the least we can do is assist you with some cost savings.
